Engaging in meaningful conversations with understanding friends can also help alleviate the fatigue. Moreover, learning to say no and creating space for solitude can enhance your overall mood and energy levels. Remember, it's vital to listen to your heart and mind, and when you need a break, it's totally fine to take one.
