Ingredients (1 drink)

• 2 oz strawberry purée (or muddled strawberries + splash of water)

• 2 oz pink grapefruit juice

• 1 oz fresh lime juice

• 1 tsp honey (or simple syrup)

• Club soda (to top)

• Ice

• Garnish: grapefruit wedge + strawberry + mint (makes it look “wow”)

How to make (super fast)

1. Rim the glass (optional but viral): rub lime on rim → dip in pink sugar or salt.

2. In a glass, add ice, strawberry purée, grapefruit juice, lime juice, and honey.
