Ya sabes la respuesta
pero sigues preguntando por miedo a confiar en ti
It’s a common experience to know what we want deep inside yet hesitate to trust ourselves fully. This fear often stems from a reliance on external validation, where we unconsciously seek approval from others before making decisions. In my personal journey, learning to recognize this pattern was a turning point. Whenever I doubted myself, I reminded myself that the answer was already within me—what I felt like asking others was only confirming my own inner truth. Developing a mindset that prioritizes self-trust requires conscious practice. For example, reflecting daily on questions like: "What does my inner voice tell me about this situation?" or "Am I seeking permission outside myself unnecessarily?" helped strengthen my confidence. Also, embracing awareness allowed me to catch moments of fear before they influenced my decisions, understanding that fear is natural but doesn’t have to control me. Through self-growth practices such as journaling, meditation, and mindset shifts, the transition from doubt to trust becomes smoother over time. Recognizing that true love and self-care involve trusting what we already know internally is liberating. Trusting your inner voice not only reduces anxiety but also deepens your connection with yourself, empowering you to move forward authentically. Remember, asking questions is a part of learning, but don’t let fear keep you stuck in seeking endless validation. You know your answers—you just need to believe in them.
