This is where the line between manipulation and healthy communication becomes crucial. If someone tries to confuse or emotionally manipulate you to win an argument or gain control, that behavior is not communication—it's manipulation. It involves recognizing unhealthy dynamics and choosing love and empathy without losing yourself.
