Two ingredient bread is one of my favorite breads to start with. It’s easy.

The bread:

1 cup self rising flour

1 cup yogurt (I used homemade greek)

Bake at 375°F

Bake for 25-40 minutes or

until golden brown on top and sounds hollow when tapped on the bottom.

self rising flour:

1 cup all purpose flour

11/2 tsp baking powder

1/2 tsp salt

Optional Tips:

Brush with a little olive oil or melted butter before baking for a golden crust.

Add herbs, cheese, or garlic to the dough for extra flavor.

If the dough is too sticky, add a tablespoon more flour at a time.
