What is Apple Cider Vinegar?

ACV is made when natural bacteria convert apple sugars → alcohol → vinegar.

It becomes tangy, probiotic-rich, and naturally full of enzymes created by the mother which is the living bacteria and yeast that form during fermentation

Recipe I used:

* Apple cores + peels

* 4 cups water

* 6 tbsp cane sugar

* ½ gallon glass jar

Mixed daily (I tried lol most days) for the first 3 weeks.

If you are unable to stir every day, aim for most days, as patience and care enhance the quality of the final product. Besides being a flavorful ingredient for cooking and salad dressings, homemade ACV offers numerous wellness advantages. It supports digestion by providing natural probiotics and enzymes, helps regulate blood sugar levels, and can even improve skin health when used topically.
