this is the most woo-woo thing I do BUT it works!!!

the claim is that castor oil packs over the liver helps draw toxins out of your body! I honestly feel and see a big difference the next morning when I wake up.

I’m not bloated waking up at all when I do a castor oil pack!! I also sleep like a baby. I feel like my whole body is less inflamed and I feel snatched!!

Here’s what I do:

- I use organic hexane free castor oil on a castor oil pack or just directly on my right side (over liver).

- I wear a big t shirt to bed I don’t care about getting oily and put a heating pad on top for 30 minutes before bed

- I also put a little bit directly in my belly button!!

Then you wake up the next morning snatched and feeling amazing ✨

When applied topically, especially with heat, it's believed to penetrate the skin and support the body's natural detoxification pathways, particularly the lymphatic system. This is crucial because our lymphatic system is like our body's internal 'drainage system,' responsible for removing waste products and toxins. By boosting lymphatic drainage with a castor oil pack, we're essentially helping our bodies flush out what doesn't belong, leading to that incredible feeling of lightness and improved digestion. My routine for using a castor oil pack at night is super simple but incredibly effective. First, always make sure you're using organic, hexane-free castor oil – quality matters when you're absorbing it into your skin! I apply a generous amount to my cotton flannel pack and place it directly over my liver, which is on my right side, below the rib cage.
