Adaptogens are chemicals that help naturally balance cortisol! You can take these as needed like if you’ve had a stressful day or at night to help you sleep. Having balanced cortisol impacts so many aspects of our health!!

Omega 3’s are anti inflammatory! They’re essential to our diet and can be taken as a supplement for an extra boost. Getting a good quality omega 3 is key!!
