How I reduced my "moon face"

I had a PCOS flare up last month & I was surprised I reduced my symptoms so quickly 🥹

I was on a trip and I noticed my face was holding a lot of fluid by my mouth and jawline! I used to experience that a lot before I was diagnosed with PCOS. My jawline cystic acne also flared up!

I was also in my ovulation phase and it’s harder for my body to ovulate having PCOS plus estrogen is higher which can make you puffy. I see my body do this often around this time of my cycle!

I was bummed it happened on a trip but once I got home I was determined to reduce my inflammation! I started doing these simple habits & saw results with a few weeks!✨

I’m sharing my own personal experience - not everyone's body will respond the same 🫶🏻

A gentle, upward massage along the jawline and under the eyes can really help with lymphatic drainage, moving that excess fluid.
