For instance, instead of forcing myself into a rigorous nighttime ritual, I keep it simple—sometimes just a calming essential oil like Vermisse helps me unwind without adding pressure. Not every night needs to be picture-perfect. Having a realistic plan that allows flexibility is key to maintaining mental well-being during busy workweeks. When I’m beat at night, I remind myself that it’s okay to have low-energy moments and that true self-care includes honoring those feelings rather than fighting against them.
