Gym Journey✨🫶

Happy Wednesday✨ today we hit legs and did a total lower body day.

I can share my workout! 🏋️‍♀️ But I wanted to come on and say as I continue my 75-strong challenge, and share my goals and progress with you all..

😇It’s easy to get discouraged. It’s easy to feel you’ve taken step backs, lost hope, or like you want to give up.

My progress hasn’t taken weeks or months.. it’s taken years to find a routine I can commit to, feel comfortable with my workouts, challenge myself to new weights..etc. At some points in time it feels impossible, but trust me when I say the more consistent you are, the easier it gets—it really does 🤍

For anyone on their health journey — gaining weight, toning, mobility goals — you got this. 🫶🏼Good things take time, and whatever you’re working to achieve — is worth sticking to.

Many individuals face fluctuations in motivation and performance, especially at the beginning stages of a workout routine. It's essential to acknowledge that progress often takes time and isn't always linear. Setting realistic goals, as well as celebrating small victories, can greatly enhance your motivation. Incorporating a variety of workouts, such as strength training, cardio, and flexibility exercises, can make your routine more enjoyable and effective. Likewise, learning about nutrition and recovery is crucial as they play significant roles in achieving fitness outcomes. Connecting with a supportive community on platforms or social media can provide additional motivation and accountability. Sharing your journey not only helps hold you accountable but inspires others who may be on a similar path. Whether you’re concentrating on gaining strength, increasing mobility, or transforming your body, remember that persistence is vital. Embrace the process, and you'll find that the journey itself can be just as fulfilling as reaching your goals.
