The longer 20-minute break after three cycles is crucial for a more significant mental refresh, allowing you to step away and come back with renewed energy, ready to repeat the 'Study 20 minutes, 5 minute break, study 20 minutes, 5 minute break, study 20 minutes, Break 20 minutes' cycle. Now, let's consider your study environment. Looking at some of the visuals, I see a typical student desk – sometimes a bit cluttered!
