Salmon

Sauce:

Honey

Minced garlic

Pepper flakes

Garlic butter

Garlic powder

Mix all and coat your Salmon

Broil for a few minutes until golden

Rice:

Fry rice

Add in Cream of chicken w/herbs

& a little chicken broth

Add in yellow & red bell pepper

Cook until soft

Add in spinach

Cook until wilted

Plate and top with green onions
