Gluten-Free Brie, Raspberry Jam, and Apple Sandwich

Ingredients:

- 2 slices of your favorite gluten-free bread (it can be any other bread you enjoy!)

- 2-3 slices of Brie cheese

- 1-2 tablespoons raspberry jam (you can do strawberry or any your favorite jam)

- 1/4 apple, thinly sliced (Honeycrisp, or Fuji Gala are good choices)

- Optional: Butter or spread for the bread (if desired)

Step by steps:

- Place one slice of gluten-free bread on a plate, arrange the Brie slices. Make sure they cover the bread evenly. Lightly toasting it can improve the texture.

- Add the jam: Spread the raspberry jam over the Brie. Be generous, but not so much that it oozes out when you bite into the sandwich.

- Arrange the thinly sliced apple on top of the jam.

- Place the other slice of gluten-free bread on top of the apple slices, creating the top of your sandwich.

You can enjoy the sandwich as is, or you can cut it in half diagonally for easier handling.

If you want a warm and gooey sandwich, you could even grill it like a grilled cheese until the Brie is melted and the bread is golden brown.
