Quick & healthy fix for my sweet tooth😋
Ingredients
Granola Layer:
1 cup protein granola (store-bought or homemade)
1 tablespoon almond butter (optional, to coat granola lightly)
Caramel Sauce:
10 soft caramel candies or ½ cup caramel sauce
2 tablespoons milk or cream
Or store bought syrup
Fruit Layer:
1 Granny Smith apple, diced
1 medium banana, sliced
Yogurt Base:
2 cups Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)
1 scoop vanilla protein powder (optional, for added protein)
• 1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup (optional, for sweetness)
