I see you. I know how hard this is.
I struggled with my relationship to food and body image for over 20 years. I used to feel controlled by food noise, exercise and hated the way my body looked no matter what i did.
I exhausted myself into adrenal fatigue, PCOS, insomnia, hypothyroidism, inflammation, depression and burn out and b!nge eating nightly.
After spending countless years in therapy and trying everything imaginable I was completely defeated and thought I’d never find peace.
I started focusing on a root cause approach instead. I reprogrammed my subconscious beliefs and got my nervous system regulated and out of a state of constant control and hypervigilance.
The result: I got my life back.
I finally got peace with my body, peace with food, no more calorie counting or restriction, zero diet culture, I reversed most of my health conditions, naturally lost weight and inflammation and most importantly I became joyful and happy.
and I’ve been helping women for the past 9 years to achieve the same food and body freedom!
I share all kinds of free resources on my page and if you’d love some support with this you can schedule a call through my profile ❤️

Struggling with your relationship to food and body image can be incredibly isolating and exhausting, especially when it spans many years as it did in this powerful story. Many individuals dealing with similar challenges find themselves caught in a cycle of calorie counting, restriction, and battling with harsh self-judgments fueled by diet culture. This constant battle can lead to not just emotional distress but also serious physical health issues like adrenal fatigue, PCOS, insomnia, hypothyroidism, inflammation, depression, and burnout, as experienced by the author. Taking a different approach by addressing root causes is often the turning point. Rather than focusing solely on surface symptoms, working on reprogramming subconscious beliefs can help ease the mind and nervous system out of chronic stress and hypervigilance. This holistic work can restore balance and break free from the damaging food noise and body distrust. Recovery and healing are deeply personal and non-linear processes, but embracing food freedom without calorie counting or restrictive dieting can bring profound peace. Letting go of the rigid rules imposed by diet culture allows you to reconnect with your body's natural signals of hunger and fullness and reduces anxiety around eating. Additionally, healing these issues naturally through lifestyle changes and mindset shifts may help reverse or reduce symptoms of complex health conditions linked to chronic stress and inflammation. By prioritizing joy, self-compassion, and authentic body acceptance over appearance, it is possible to regain control over your health and happiness. Many who have walked this path also find great value in connecting with supportive communities and accessing free resources that validate these struggles and offer practical guidance.
