This not only reinforces the information but respects different learning preferences. Additionally, humor can be a great way to ease the tension when these moments happen. Light-heartedly sharing your own "I told you" moments or creating humorous memes related to esthetics communication can build rapport and make clients feel understood. Ultimately, patience and clear, repeated communication are essential in health and wellness settings. Building trust through transparency and ensuring clients feel informed helps improve their experience and satisfaction. So for those days when clients act surprised despite multiple explanations, remember it's part of the journey—and laughter helps keep things positive!
