The Buddha Crown spell is an ancient spell that many teachers have passed on, popularly used as a Buddhist to remember the Buddha and as a mental support during times of insecurity or anxiety.
From what I studied and experimented with, I think the core of this spell is not just to recite it aloud or fully, but to keep calm and respectfully remember the Buddha, the Buddha and the Buddha and the Buddha.
Some of you use the "Buddhist Vision" method, thinking of a light or a crown of glass over your head, as a reminder that we are now putting fear, distraction and anxiety on a temporary basis and returning to consciousness.
I don't think it's necessary to try to visualize the stress, just to feel that our hearts are bowing down to the Buddha is enough, because the important "vision" may not be what the eye sees, but the state of calm.
When praying, I think I should keep my mind three things:
1. Humility - Reduce our adherence
2. Trust - Temporarily Let Worry Down
3. Rapture - Remember the good and make the heart satisfied.
It may be praying after waking up, before starting an important task or before going to bed. It doesn't take a long time. It's important to do it consistently and use a spell to bring your mind back to mind.
But one of the things I always wanted to remind myself was, "Spells should not be used instead of good deeds."
* If we pray for protection but are still careless in life
* Pray for peace, but also hurt others physically, verbally, mentally.
* Or pray for wisdom but refuse to learn from mistakes.
"The spell won't help us fully."
Finally, I saw the true "Buddha's Crown" not as a glass crown visible to the eye, but as a "precept, concentration, and wisdom" that slowly keeps our hearts from falling into fear, anger, and obsession.
Pray, faith, humility.
But after praying, let us live better. 🙏

คาถามงกุฎพระพุทธเจ้าไม่ใช่เพียงบทสวดที่ต้องท่องจำให้ครบถ้วนเท่านั้น แต่เป็นแนวทางปฏิบัติที่ช่วยให้เรากลับมามีสติอยู่กับปัจจุบันได้จริง ๆ จากประสบการณ์ส่วนตัว ผมพบว่าการสวดคาถานี้ในช่วงเวลาที่รู้สึกวิตกกังวล หรือเวลาที่ใจฟุ้งซ่าน สามารถช่วยคลายความเครียดและเสริมสร้างความมั่นคงทางใจได้อย่างน่าอัศจรรย์ การทำความเข้าใจแก่นแท้ของคาถาและนำไปปฏิบัติอย่างถูกต้องเป็นสิ่งสำคัญ เช่น การน้อมใจให้สงบนิ่งก่อนสวด การสร้าง "พุทธนิมิต" อย่างอ่อนโยน เช่น นึกถึงแสงสว่างหรือมงกุฎแก้วที่ครอบอยู่เหนือศีรษะ ซึ่งไม่จำเป็นต้องเห็นภาพชัดเจน แต่เป็นการสร้างความรู้สึกว่าสามารถวางความกลัวและความฟุ้งซ่านลงได้ชั่วคราว นอกจากนี้ การใช้เวลาสวดมนต์ไม่จำเป็นต้องนานหรือต้องสวดจำนวนมาก การรักษาใจไว้ในสามเรื่องหลักๆ คือ ความนอบน้อม ลดความยึดมั่นในตัวเอง ความวางใจ ปล่อยวางความกังวล และความปีติ ให้ใจรู้สึกอิ่มเอิบหลังจากสวดมนต์ จะทำให้คาถามีผลลัพธ์ที่ดีและส่งเสริมให้เราใช้ชีวิตได้อย่างมีสติและประหยัดพลังในด้านอารมณ์มากขึ้น สิ่งสำคัญคือการยึดมั่นในคำสอนว่า พระคาถาไม่ใช่ทางลัดแทนการกระทำดีในชีวิตจริง เราควรใช้คาถาเป็นเครื่องช่วยเตือนใจให้ดำเนินชีวิตอย่างมีศีล สมาธิ และปัญญา สวดเพื่อเสริมกำลังใจและคุ้มครองความสงบ แต่ต้องพร้อมที่จะเรียนรู้และพัฒนาตนเอง จากความผิดพลาดและประสบการณ์อย่างต่อเนื่อง สำหรับผู้ที่สนใจการสวดมนต์นี้ ผมแนะนำให้ลองสวดในช่วงเช้าหลังตื่นนอน หรือก่อนวันเริ่มงานสำคัญ รวมถึงก่อนนอน เพื่อเสริมสร้างจิตใจที่เรียบง่ายและเป็นสุขอย่างแท้จริง ความสม่ำเสมอและใจที่ตั้งมั่นจะช่วยส่งเสริมให้คาถานี้กลายเป็นเครื่องมือสำคัญในการดูแลใจตนเองและใช้ชีวิตอย่างมีความหมายมากขึ้น
