Starting my wellness journey!

✨ Hello I’m Andrea📒Notes:, I'm embarking on a dedicated month-long journey of fitness, eating healthier, motivation, and mental wellness. My goal is to extend this beyond just one month. I'll be sharing my daily meals and exercise routines with all of you. Stay tuned for updates! I started mine yesterday April 29.

mind you I have never been the workout type. I’ve just been living life and doing whatever eating whatever so I don’t know what I’m doing. I’m just going with the flow!

Note: My journey will not the same as everyone else's and it the goal for me isn't to lose weight mine is aiming for eating healthier, mental health, self discipline, sleeping better, exercising more and also preparing my body for a baby in the future.
