How to write a summary to understand and easy to read in one piece of paper.
Ever? Full head idea 🤯, but when I write it back, I don't know how to start.
Today we will share three steps to write a summary in one page from the book One Page Summary by Sensepah - Vishuy, High School of Bule.
✨ ✨ How to One Page Summary (3P) ✨✨
✅ Step 1: Planning - Plan Before Summary
1) Write for Who: Who listens? What do we want listeners to get?
2) Pay attention to the name: The name of the document should be composed of
• Keywords: thematic
• Time frame: To let readers know that express is not urgent.
• Written by whom: If in doubt, the right person will be asked.
3) Hold on to key sentences: first take into account what the listener wants to hear and then what we want to communicate, e.g.
We would like to seek approval of the statements for maneuvering employees using AI tools.
• What the chief wants to know is, "Is it expensive? What do employees get? What do companies get?" + What we want is for the chief to approve a budget = training to increase employee productivity by 70% with a budget of $200,000.
✅ Step 2: Prioritizing - Prioritizing
1) Divide information: Sub-topic lites with regard to relevance and time of presentation, for example, presented within 5-10 minutes. There should be 3-5 sub-topics.
2) Check the balance: Think of 1 page of paper and hit the room breakdown frame of each subheading. How much space should the information in each room take?
• Very important topic → very informative (e.g. 30% of paper area)
• Less important topics → Less information (e.g. 5% of paper area)
3) Support the sequence: sort it easy to understand, contiguous.
✅ Step 3: Packaging - Lined to be easy to read, interesting
1) Look before you see: People tend to look at the entire document first, so in the document there must be a focal point for people to read.
"Easy to look for where the data is - > See what it is - > Understand the content," such as put the topic number, diagram, chart, framing as the point of sight.
2) Change confused to easy:
• Use universal symbols
• Avoid ambiguous words such as "most" indicate clear numbers, such as 70% of students pass the exam.
• Use images, charts, tables or bullet points instead of long text.
• Use no more than 2 fonts, size 16 (for A4 documents)
3) Understand: When communicating, periodically looking at the person or asking the person to see if they understand each other.

ถ้าคุณกำลังหา “one page summary ตัวอย่าง” หรืออยากได้แนวทางจัดสรุปให้จบใน 1 หน้าแบบอ่านแล้วเก็ท ลองใช้โครงนี้ (เป็นเทมเพลตที่หยิบไปใช้ได้กับรายงาน/หนังสือ/ประชุม) เราใช้แล้วช่วยลดอาการ “ยัดทุกอย่าง” ได้เยอะมาก 1) เลือกรูปแบบให้เหมาะกับเนื้อหา (เลือก 1 แบบต่อ 1 หน้า) - แบบตาราง 3 ช่อง: “ประโยชน์ / เหตุผล / แนวทางการแก้ไข” เหมาะกับปัญหา-ทางออก หรือสรุปโครงการ - แบบ 3 กล่อง: “What / So what / Now what” (คืออะไร–สำคัญยังไง–ทำอะไรต่อ) - แบบแผนภาพ (Mind map/Flow): เหมาะกับหนังสือพัฒนาตนเองหรือบทเรียนที่มีหัวข้อแตกแขนง ทริค: ถ้าเริ่มไม่ถูก ให้ถามตัวเองว่า “คนอ่านต้องตัดสินใจอะไรหลังอ่านจบ?” แล้วค่อยเลือกรูปแบบ 2) เทมเพลต One Page Summary (เขียนตามนี้ได้เลย) หัวกระดาษ (บนสุด 10–15% ของหน้า) - ชื่อเอกสาร + Keyword หลัก - กรอบเวลา/เวอร์ชัน (เช่น อัปเดต พ.ค. 2026) - เขียนโดย/ติดต่อ (ใส่เฉพาะจำเป็น) แกนกลาง (ประมาณ 70% ของหน้า) - Key message 1 ประโยค (ไฮไลต์/ตัวหนา): สรุปให้ได้ว่า “สรุปนี้ต้องการสื่ออะไร” - 3–5 หัวข้อย่อย (Bullet สั้นๆ): หัวข้อละ 2–4 บรรทัดพอ - ตัวเลขสำคัญ: ใส่เฉพาะตัวที่ช่วยให้ตัดสินใจ (งบ/เวลา/ผลลัพธ์/ความเสี่ยง) ส่วนล่าง (15–20% ของหน้า) - Next step: ขั้นตอนถัดไป 1–3 ข้อ - คำถามที่พบบ่อย/สิ่งที่ต้องการอนุมัติ (ถ้าเป็นเอกสารเสนอ) 3) ตัวอย่างสรุป one page (โครงสั้นๆ) หัวข้อ: One Page Summary: อบรมเครื่องมือ AI สำหรับทีม (พ.ค.–มิ.ย. 2026) Key message: ขออนุมัติงบ 200,000 บาท เพื่อเพิ่ม productivity ทีมอย่างน้อย 30% ภายใน 8 สัปดาห์ - ประโยชน์: ลดเวลางานซ้ำ / ทำสไลด์-รีพอร์ตเร็วขึ้น / มาตรฐานงานดีขึ้น - เหตุผล: งานเพิ่มแต่คนเท่าเดิม / ข้อมูลกระจาย / ต้องการแนวทางใช้อย่างปลอดภัย - แนวทางการแก้ไข: อบรม 2 วัน + การบ้าน 2 สัปดาห์ + รีวิวผลงานจริง - ตัวชี้วัด: เวลาทำรายงานลดลง X% / งานผิดพลาดลดลง X% / จำนวนยูสเคสที่ใช้ได้จริง Next step: นัดทดลองคลาส / เลือกผู้เข้าอบรม / สรุปผลรอบแรก 4) เทคนิคจัดหน้าให้อ่านง่ายแบบ “มองก่อนเห็น” - ทำ “จุดโฟกัส” ด้วยเลขหัวข้อ, เส้นกรอบ, สีเดียวที่ใช้เน้น (อย่าใช้หลายสี) - ใช้สัญลักษณ์สากล: ✓ ข้อดี, ! ความเสี่ยง, → ขั้นตอนถัดไป - เลี่ยงคำกว้างๆ เช่น “เยอะ/ส่วนใหญ่” แล้วแทนด้วยตัวเลขหรือเกณฑ์ - ฟอนต์ไม่เกิน 2 แบบ และเว้นที่ว่าง (white space) ให้หายใจได้ 5) เช็กลิสต์ก่อนส่ง (กันพังในนาทีสุดท้าย) - อ่านแล้วตอบได้ใน 10 วินาทีไหมว่า “เรื่องอะไร/เพื่ออะไร/อยากให้ทำอะไร” - มี 3–5 หัวข้อย่อยพอดีหรือยัง (มากไปคือยังไม่ Prioritize) - มีตัวเลขสำคัญที่จำเป็นจริงๆ หรือแค่ใส่ให้ดูแน่น ถ้าอยากฝึกเร็วๆ ลองหยิบบทหนึ่งจากหนังสือที่อ่านอยู่ แล้วบังคับตัวเองให้เหลือ 5 bullet + 1 ประโยคสรุปกลางหน้า ทำบ่อยๆ จะเริ่มจับจุดได้ว่าอะไรควรอยู่ใน One Page Summary และอะไรควรตัดออกค่ะ
