Hey guys!! Have you tried this brand of Ashwagandha & Smarter Greens? I've heard about all the benefits of Ashwa and have been looking into it.

I started these Thursday, BID- chew one in a morning & one at night.

The taste is a 10/10. loved it.

I tried the amazing ashwa and at first I didn’t like the taste but now that I’m almost done I love it ! It really calms me and helps with hungry which I’m guessing that weight management part.

I do the Ashwa vitamins I give them a 10
