Many bearded dragons will happily settle down on a warm lap or under a soft cloth. Just make sure the temperature is safe and they don't overheat. Observe Their Body Language: A relaxed bearded dragon will often have soft eyes, a flat body, and may even close their eyes in contentment. They might even display what's called 'pancaking' – flattening their body out – when they feel secure.
