Making My Alone Time Work with ADHD: You might think bouncing between these hobbies sounds chaotic, but for me, it's actually a strategy. My ADHD means my interests can shift quickly, and having a variety of engaging options allows me to follow my natural energy without feeling stuck or bored. If I'm losing focus on a book, I can switch to a dynamic video game. If gaming feels too intense, a calming YouTube video is perfect. This flexibility ensures my alone time remains enjoyable and productive, catering to my unique needs. Ultimately, enjoying alone time for me is about intentional self-care.
