Central Park is one of the most iconic places to visit in NYC. It has the most greenery in Manhattan, and it attracts thousands of visitors a month. It can take you an entire afternoon walking all around Central Park — here are my favorite places to visit:
- The Mall: this iconic walkway has lush green trees that hover over the walkway. There are benches here, and you’ll find hundreds of dog walkers in the morning.
- Bethesda Fountain: easily the most popular spot in all of Central Park. There is a beautiful fountain in the middle where you’ll find hundreds of photographers taking engagement or proposal photos.
- Belvedere Castle: located in the Northern part of Central Park, this castle is not as visited in Central Park. You’ll wonder if you’re really in NYC when walking through it.
