1️⃣ Digital Declutter: Remove unnecessary apps and files to keep your devices running smoothly. This ensures you can quickly find medical info, appointment details, or important contacts when you need them most.

2️⃣ Create Folders for Caregiving Needs: Organize files and apps into caregiving-specific folders (e.g., “Medical Records,” “Care Plans,” “Emergency Contacts”) so you’re prepared in a pinch.n

3️⃣ Use Cloud Storage: Keep important documents in Google Drive or Dropbox for instant access. Whether you’re at the doctor’s office or running errands, having everything at your fingertips is a game-changer.

4️⃣ Label Cables & Chargers: Keep chargers and labeled to avoid last-minute scrambles when devices need charging—especially when you’re on the go with your loved one.

5️⃣ Sync Calendars Across Devices: Whether it’s appointments, medication schedules, or meal planning, syncing calendars keeps everyone on the same page and reduces stress.
