HOW IS IT POSSIBLE THAT I LIKE MY POSTPARTUM BODY, (after 3 babies, all C-sections) EVEN MORE THAN EVER BEFOREEE?????!!! 🫢 #growwithjo #weightloss #postpartumbody
When I look back on my postpartum journey, especially after having three babies via C-section, I realize that embracing my body wasn’t just about physical changes, but also about mindset. Initially, I feared that my body might never feel or look the same again. However, I found that committing to consistent, albeit small, home workouts made a remarkable difference — not just in appearance but in how I felt overall. These 'silly little home workouts' as I like to call them, became a way to reconnect with my body without overwhelming myself. The focus was on gentle strength-building and mobility rather than intense exercise routines. This approach was crucial in my recovery since C-sections require time for healing, and patience was essential. Over time, these workouts helped improve my energy levels, posture, and body confidence. Moreover, I learned that postpartum health is multifaceted — involving nutrition, rest, and mental wellness alongside physical activity. Celebrating every small progress, no matter how minor it seemed, kept me motivated. For other moms facing similar challenges, the key lesson is that postpartum bodies can not only recover but flourish with consistency and care. Incorporating these workouts into daily life can be empowering and accessible for anyone navigating postpartum recovery. It’s important to listen to your body’s needs and embrace the changes as part of your unique story. Loving your postpartum body after multiple C-sections is absolutely possible, and it starts with small, consistent actions and giving yourself grace along the way.

I wonder sometimes how my body would have turned out differently if I had my son c-section. I had him young and I was skinny then. I just had a tummy tuck 3weeks ago to get rid of my fupa that would never really go away with weight loss. I just wanted it to be gone, so now its gone,& never coming back😀
