Makeup & Comedy As Therapy
After my breakup, I’ve been doing exactly what I’ve been wanting to do and that’s creating makeup content and using that outlet for a bit of comedy to get my mind in order. I’ve changed my lighting setup because now I’m in a bigger and more consistent space to work out of. Got a new mic and I’ve just been going off.
I’ve recorded 5 videos so far but am putting up my 2nd one on Monday. I’ve put the first one up on Tik Tok and am still debating on whether I’m going to post these on YouTube as well. I make the trailers for platforms like Lemon8 and IG because Lemon8 doesn’t allow long format videos (mine are always 2.5 minutes) and then, on IG, I haven’t reached that peak with my audience yet where they want to listen to me for 2.5 min😩
