I think that this year I learned that the happier and more at peace you are the better your life is. I have PCOS so staying relaxed and preventing stress as much as possible is very important. I am a full time student whose premed and working on my post bacc so trust me I still so. These are some things that i do on my own

With PCOS I try to make sure I am having as many anti-inflammatory meals as possible. My goal is to drink at least 64 oz of water. To relax, I like lighting candles or wax melts and taking warm baths and that’s usually when I have my face mask on. The little things.
