งาน "เจ้าบ้านที่ดี" ไม่ได้เป็นแค่เวทีเสวนาทั่วไป แต่เป็นโอกาสที่ทำให้เราได้ฝึกฝนและเรียนรู้การเป็นเจ้าบ้านที่ดีผ่านการลงมือทำจริงๆ ซึ่งผมเองที่เป็นไกด์ทัวร์ก็เห็นด้วยว่าการเป็นเจ้าบ้านที่ดีไม่ได้หมายถึงแค่ความรู้เรื่องสถานที่เท่านั้น แต่หมายถึงการมีจิตใจเอื้อเฟื้อ การสื่อสารที่ดี และการดูแลความปลอดภัยของนักท่องเที่ยวด้วย นอกจากนี้ ททท. ยังเน้นเรื่องการใช้เครื่องมือสนับสนุนเพื่อช่วยให้การบริการมีความสะดวกและทันสมัยขึ้น เช่น การใช้แอปพลิเคชั่นหรือเทคโนโลยีในการให้ข้อมูลกับนักท่องเที่ยว ส่วน Local Hero นั้นก็คือการส่งเสริมให้ชุมชนท้องถิ่นเข้ามามีบทบาทเป็นเจ้าบ้านที่ดีด้วยการถ่ายทอดวัฒนธรรมและสร้างประสบการณ์จริงให้กับนักท่องเที่ยว สำหรับคนที่สนใจอยากพัฒนาทักษะหรือกำลังทำงานในสายงานการท่องเที่ยว งานนี้เป็นโอกาสที่ดีมาก เพราะคุณจะได้เรียนรู้จากผู้เชี่ยวชาญและแชร์ประสบการณ์กับคนในวงการเดียวกันโดยตรง ผมเองก็จะไปร่วมงานนี้และขอเชิญชวนทุกคนมาร่วมสร้างอนาคตการท่องเที่ยวไทยที่ยั่งยืนไปด้วยกันครับ
