I got accepted into my first ever art event!!
I recently came across an event that’s held near me that showcases the artwork of local artisans and artists and decided to stop by and check it out. I really enjoyed the event and all the artwork they had for show! There wasn’t only traditional work either there was tattoo shops, ceramics, clothing boutiques, and more! They provided hot apple cider and some snacks while you stroll through the vendor tables and into different buildings that participated.
It made me feel so inspired enough so that I decided to take a shot and submit an application with some photos of my work to hopefully table at one or some of the next upcoming events! It took a while to receive a response but they got back to me today accepting me to table at one of their upcoming events!
I am so excited but so nervous and anxious as I have so much to prepare for now!! Stay tuned and come along with me as I go to my first art event ever!
