This year I’m on my wellness journey 100% super dedicated! I’m gonna be doing a bodybuilding competition in May and to help me get to that goal. I am doing some healthy swap so I can at least still enjoy the things I’m eating! This is also crucial if you wanna have a long-term commitment to making a change in your life🫶 as your wellness and fitness big sister I’m here to tell you that healthy is not boring!!🎀
