Living as a Black man in today's society comes with unique challenges and meaningful lessons that are often deeply personal. From my own journey, I have discovered the importance of embracing one’s identity with pride and courage. Navigating daily interactions, I have learned how systemic biases can subtly impact opportunities and perceptions, but also how resilience and self-awareness can lead to empowerment. One key realization I had is the power of community and dialogue. Connecting with others who share similar experiences can provide both support and strength. Additionally, actively educating oneself and others about racial history and social justice has enriched my understanding and fueled my desire for positive change. I've also found that self-love and acceptance are crucial. Despite external challenges, cultivating a positive self-image helps combat negative stereotypes and fosters mental and emotional well-being. Sharing these reflections aims to encourage others facing similar experiences and inspire conversations on identity, equality, and respect in our communities.

1) 💅i do my nails myself every 2-3 weeks depending on how long my nails are/how gross the polish looks lol. i do this myself using polishes and materials i found either on amazon, at dollar tree or 5 below. doing my nails myself saves me so much time and money, not to mention its better for my nail
