The hardest part of learning to choose yourself?

The peace you stop talking yourself out of.

The promise you finally keep to yourself.

That’s how you become her.

It’s in these small acts that you transform from waiting for permission to becoming the empowered person you are meant to be. For anyone struggling to start this journey, remember that it’s not selfish to choose yourself; it's the essential act of self-preservation.
