am I becoming a seafood person now? 🦀🦞🦐
there’s a NEW seafood boil spot in Minnesota and this is Babii Cajun
📍1221 W Lake St suite 112, Minneapolis, MN 55408
Visiting Babii Cajun was a delightful surprise, especially for someone new to seafood like me. The lack of any fishy smell or off taste immediately set this spot apart from other seafood experiences I’ve had. Their use of Babii spice and the option to choose the heat level, like medium, allows you to tailor the flavor perfectly to your taste. The seafood boil combos include fresh ingredients such as crawfish, broccoli, and beef sausage, enhancing the Cajun-style meal with hearty textures and flavors. The atmosphere adds to the experience, featuring a self-pour beer wall and a variety of cocktails and mocktails that complement the bold flavors of the boil. I tried the Louisiana garlic butter sauce, which was rich and packed with flavor, making every bite memorable. If you enjoy garlic as much as I do, this is a must-try. Aside from the food, the casual and inviting environment invites both seafood veterans and novices to enjoy a relaxed dining experience. Babii Cajun is quickly becoming my go-to place for seafood in Minnesota, especially in Minneapolis’ vibrant Uptown neighborhood. If you’re in the Twin Cities area and craving unique, flavorful seafood boils with authentic Cajun seasoning, Babii Cajun is worth the visit. It’s also a great spot to build your own boil, offering flexibility to experiment with different ingredients and spice levels, which really personalizes the meal. Overall, Babii Cajun’s dedication to quality seasoning and fresh ingredients makes it stand out as a new favorite for seafood lovers and those just starting to explore seafood cuisine.
