Yeast infections, BV, Odors
Toilet paper does more harm than good!
Lots of women will have a healthy diet & still experience BV, UTI, Yeast infection & so forth due to residue being left behind after urinating throughout the day. Our body is cleaned out 90% by urinating & The only thing to help wipe off those toxins is a piece of dry brittle cloth going on a wet area🤨 What solution can we come up with to eliminate this problem?
I was always so confused why I kept getting BV or yeast infections, even though I thought I was doing everything right! I ate well, stayed hydrated, and tried to be super clean. Then, I started looking into my daily habits, and one big culprit kept coming up that totally surprised me: toilet paper. Yes, that everyday item we all use! It might sound strange, but let me tell you, it's been a game-changer for me and my intimate health. Our bodies are amazing at self-cleaning, but when we introduce certain things, we can throw off that delicate balance. The article already touched on residue, but let's dive deeper. When you wipe with dry toilet paper, especially after urinating, it can leave tiny fibers and even microscopic particles behind. These aren't just annoying; they can create a perfect breeding ground for bacteria and yeast. I learned that this residue can trap moisture and disrupt the delicate pH balance of our intimate areas, leading to that all-too-familiar BV discharge on toilet paper. It’s like a never-ending cycle where you feel clean, but you're actually contributing to the problem without realizing it! And what about scented toilet paper? This was a big 'aha!' moment for me. I used to think scented products were cleaner or fresher, but boy, was I wrong! The chemicals used to create those pleasant scents can be incredibly irritating to our sensitive intimate areas. For me, switching from scented toilet paper made a noticeable difference almost immediately. These artificial fragrances can strip away natural protective barriers and throw your pH balance completely off, practically inviting yeast infections and BV to set up shop. It's like using harsh soap on your face – it might feel clean for a moment, but it can do long-term damage. So, what can we do? My journey led me to a few simple changes. First, consider alternatives to dry toilet paper. I started using a peri bottle filled with warm water after using the restroom, which helps rinse thoroughly without leaving residue. If a bidet isn't an option, a small squeeze bottle can work wonders! When I do use toilet paper, I make sure it's unscented, dye-free, and ideally, unbleached. And instead of harsh wiping, I gently pat dry from front to back to avoid irritation and spreading bacteria. It's all about being mindful of what we're introducing to our bodies. Making these small changes in how I approached using toilet paper has seriously helped reduce my recurring issues with BV, yeast infections, and general odors. If you're struggling with similar problems, maybe it's time to rethink your wiping routine too! Your body will thank you for it.

Hi. So what u like to do to avoid all these issues down there, I like to wipe with toilet paper 1st. 2nd I go in with wipes preferably unscented baby wipes I think they’re less harmful 🤷🏻♀️. 3rd I like to wipe at least two more times with toilet paper again because I don’t like walking around with a wet butt lol. Now, I only do this when I’m out which I am most of the days cause I work long hours 6 days a week and it has worked for me. I don’t have any issues down there or irritations.
