Easy KBBQ restaurant-style Corn Cheese Recipe

👩🏻‍🍳 Ingredients

• 1 can sweet corn (drained well)

• 1/2 tbsp minced garlic

• 1 tbsp sugar

• Pinch of salt & black pepper

• 4 tbsp mayo

• 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese

• 1/4 cup shredded American cheese

• Parsley (for garnish)

🌽 How to Make It

1. Drain the canned corn well so there’s no extra liquid.

2. In a bowl, mix the corn with minced garlic, sugar, salt, pepper, and mayo until evenly combined.

3. Heat a small pan and melt a little butter (optional but recommended). Add the corn mixture and spread it out evenly.

4. Top with mozzarella and American cheese, then sprinkle parsley on top.

5. Cook it in the oven at 370°F for 20 minutes.

6. Serve hot, enjoy!
