Workout plan of the week!🏃🏻♀️
I am working on getting back into consistently working out and it has been HARD!
I signed up for a 5k race to help motivate me to workout and stay consistent! I have never been able to run a 5k without walking so that is my goal I am working towards!
I have a wedding I am in on Friday, thats why I put the note about possibly not getting to my run that day. It’s okay if life sometimes gets in the way of our plans as long as we don’t let it completely drive us off track of our goals!
