After a full month, I changed my planner too.
The Sterling Ink A5 loose leaf pages were beautiful… but my brain couldn’t handle the flexibility. The weekly layout being both horizontal and vertical felt like too many options, and instead of helping me plan, it overwhelmed me.
So I simplified everything.
I moved to Cloth & Paper and rebuilt my system from the ground up:
– A yearly fold-out for important dates
– Monthly admin pages just for Etsy
– Undated cleaning pages used only when needed
– Simple notes
– Separate budgeting pages
Everything has a section. Everything has a purpose. And I’m not losing my mind anymore.
Sometimes the best productivity hack is admitting something isn’t working — and starting over.
