Starting your gym workout in the morning can truly transform your entire day. From my personal experience, having a set morning gym routine helps me maintain discipline and consistently reach my fitness goals. I usually begin with a light warm-up to get my muscles active and prevent injury, which makes the entire session more productive. Incorporating a mix of cardio and strength training in the morning provides sustained energy and improved metabolism throughout the day.
