Plantropy Jackfruit Dumplings in Chicken Flavour…

I love how quick and easy it is to prepare by steaming, pan frying or grilling. I fried it with one table spoon of olive oil for 2 minutes and then added 2 table spoon of water and added a lid to steam it for another 2 minutes. It turned out perfect. It has a unique flavour, so tasty and I really love the spices that come through each bite. I love that I can eat it as a snack, add it as a side or add it to a pita or pizza. It is available in Sichuan and Chicken Flavour. It is so great that it is rich in fibre. Also great that it is free of cholesterol, soy, gluten, sugar and sulphite and trans fat.

It is available at Real Canadian Superstore, Independent, Zehrs or Goodness me!
