These breadsticks are SO soft, buttery, and perfect for dipping into creamy Alfredo! I took my artisan bread recipe, halved it, and turned it into 13 amazing breadsticks. The best part? This dough is no-knead and super simple to make!

✨ Ingredients (Halved Recipe):

• 1 and 3/8 cups warm water

• 2 1/4 tsp yeast

• 1/2 tbsp sugar

• 1/2 tbsp salt

• 1/8 cup olive oil

• 3 1/4 cups flour

✨ How To Make Them:

1️⃣ Mix all ingredients until a dough forms. Cover and let it rise for 2 hours on the counter.

2️⃣ Divide the dough into 13 pieces, roll them into breadsticks, and place on a baking sheet. Cover and let rise again for 20 minutes.

3️⃣ Bake at 425°F for 13 minutes or until golden brown.

4️⃣ Brush with melted butter and sprinkle with garlic salt while warm.
