Homemade Gatorade
I made homemade Gatorade tonight that is SO good.
Recipe:
64 ounces coconut water (my fav brand that tastes creamy is in the comments)
3 T raw honey (optional)
1 lemon
1 lime
1.5 T spirulina
1/4 tsp salt- I like Celtic
Benefits of spirulina:
B vitamins, iron and copper
Anti inflammatory
Heart health
Blood sugar control (good for insulin resistence)
Good for allergies
Build muscle endurance
