Just being honest and I know I am not the only one
Many people can relate to the feeling that they are performing for an audience, waiting for applause to feel validated. It’s a common struggle to depend on external approval for self-esteem, and it often leaves us feeling 'still nothing' inside despite our efforts. Through my own journey with body transformation, I’ve learned that true change comes from within and not just from the reactions of others. Using tools like #CapCut to document progress can be motivating, but it’s important to remember that digital applause and likes don’t define our worth. The transformation I’ve experienced taught me to appreciate a 'different glow'—an internal radiance that shines when you stop treating people like an audience and start living authentically for yourself. If you find yourself crumbling without applause, try focusing on personal goals and small wins that only you can see. Honesty with yourself about your feelings helps break the cycle of dependency on others’ validation. Through this perspective, I’ve found strength and a deeper connection to my own journey, and I’m confident many others share this path of honest self-discovery.
