Rich, umami-packed soup that reminded us of a lobster bisque.

Not your average fast food soup — this one’s flavourful, creamy, and indulgent.

Even as a non-soup person, I was genuinely impressed.

A well-thought-out fusion of Prawn Mee and Western Burger — and it works!

The prawn patty was fresh and juicy.

Fish cake slices and hard-boiled egg add a local SG60 flavour.

Only nitpick: the egg made the burger slightly dry in texture.

⚠️ Warning: The spicy version uses real chilli padi 🌶️ — if you can't take heat, go non-spicy.

🆚 Compared to McDonald's SG60 Chilli Crab Burger?

The Har Burger wins hands down.

It feels more authentic, and the prawn soup alone justifies the set price.

This collab shows MOS Burger understands local flavours and executes them well.

私も最近MOSバーガーのSG60限定「HAR BURGER」セットを試してみました。エビをたっぷり使ったパティはジューシーで、魚のすり身とゆで卵が入っていることで、親しみのあるローカルの味わいが楽しめました。特に、「HAR スープ」はびっくりするほどリッチでクリーミー、ロブスタービスクのような深いコクがあり、これだけでも価値ありと思えるクオリティです。辛さに敏感な人向けにはノンスパイシーがおすすめですが、スパイシーバージョンは本物のチリパディを使っており、アクセントになっています。個人的に、この辛さがアクセントとしてちょうど良かったです。また、このセットはシンガポールのホーカー文化をハンバーガーという形でうまく表現しており、地元の味を新感覚で楽しめる工夫が光っています。マクドナルドのチリクラブバーガーと比較しても、「HAR BURGER」はより本格的、かつ満足度の高い味わいで、限定セットとして非常に価値が高いと感じました。この限定セットは期間限定なので、シンガポール滞在中や現地グルメを試したい方にはぜひ早めのチャレンジをおすすめします。私の経験では、期待以上の美味しさで満足感が高く、気軽にローカルテイストを体験したいときにピッタリなセットでした。
