sweet tooth satisfied🍫
brownies + protein- it doesn’t get any better!!
if you’re like me, i have a sweet tooth & sometimes just need a sweet treat! but i also love to hit my goals, and am here to show you that both are possible!☺️
one of my favorite recipes i’ve made this year are these high protein, pumpkin brownies!!
here’s how🍫
- 3/4 cup (180 g) pumpkin puree
- 2 whole egg
- 2 scoops protein powder (i use alpha lion!)
- 4 tbsp (60 g) maple syrup, agave or honey
- 1/4 cup (30 g) cocoa powder
- 1tbsp baking powder
- cinnamon powder & pumpkin pie spice
* bake in the oven at 385° until done!!
