Father’s Day is a tough one for me

True story - before I was diagnosed and didn’t know what was wrong with me, I called my primary crying from a Target because I couldn’t walk back out of the store. My legs got so weak with the lights. Now I only do pickup and avoid going in stores as much as possible #lupus #lupuswarrior🦋💜 #au
