Made A New Tradition for Myself♥️

#lemon8diarychallenge

Me and Myself made a promise to eachother. That from now on, whenever our 🌙monthly cycle arrives, we’ll go grab some 🥩 steak and cook it intentionally with love. And we’ll enjoy it like its always the best steak we ever had🙌🏼🍱 I think little #selflove habits like that brings us closer to ourselves. I always felt gross and heavy and fatigue when id get my cycle but I wanna break out of that. We must be even kinder to our bodies during these #hormonal changes🙌🏼 So get in a pretty fit👗, live at the moment🙏🏼, feed yourself like a Princess💕, have some icecream 🍨 and take time to let your body adjust.

... Read moreEmbracing self-love can transform your relationship with your body, especially during the monthly cycle. Many women experience discomfort and fatigue during this time, which makes it crucial to practice self-care. Starting a comforting tradition, like a monthly steak night, can create a positive association with this period, turning a challenging time into a delightful experience. Eating nourishing foods, like steak, not only satisfies cravings but also fuels the body with protein, which helps in managing hormonal changes. Incorporating healthy and enjoyable meals during your cycle encourages mindfulness and appreciation for your body. Additionally, taking the time to dress up and feel good, even while resting, can uplift your mood. Pair your meals with small treats like ice cream to indulge in comfort without guilt. Such rituals promote mental wellness, making it essential to prioritize self-care, particularly during hormonal fluctuations. For more ideas on self-love practices and comforting recipes, explore communities focused on wellness and lifestyle habits, and never hesitate to share your experiences with others. By celebrating small moments of joy and fostering a kind, nurturing environment, every woman can take significant steps towards self-betterment and a healthier mindset.
