Super easy summer galette๐๐๐ฅง๐
1 pie crust ( I love @Lidl US )
3 tbs cream cheese or farmers cheese
3 tbs sour cream
1 tbs vanilla pudding powder Dr. Oetker or you can use corn starch + vanilla bean powder
Powdered sugar to your liking of sweetness
Seasonal fruits - I used plums, blackberries and strawberries
( add lemon zest for some fun )
1 egg for egg wash
Preheat oven to 370F.
Let the pie crust sit in room temperature until soft, mix cream cheese, sour cream, puding or cornstarch and powder sugar together.
Spread it on the pie crust, add fruits and some sugar if you like , fold the sides and brush them with egg.
Bake until golden brown about 30min.
