meal prepping!!! (i’m a beginner)

Hi guys! One of my goals for the new year is to eat cleaner. Being a college student I find it so hard to take care of myself and I found myself eating the most trash ass food lmao (cups of noodles, pizza rolls, and basically anything microwaveable).

In order to hold myself accountable, I am gonna be posting my meal preps for the week. This week I made Taco Salad Bowls 🥗 and Greek Rice Bowls🍛

These are awesome first choices for a beginner. Just a tip if you’re like me and want to eat your food warm, you may want to separate the meat & rice from the containers in order to warm them up because you can’t warm salads. Other than that keep it up 🔥🔥
