Daily vitamins for wellness

I’m going on my third month of focusing on health and wellness.

• spironolactone 50mg - I started this in July for my adult hormonal acne and it’s changed my skin so much. I take one tablet twice a day (100mg total)

• Prenatal vitamin - even though I’m not pregnant and don’t plan to be I take a prenatal vitamin - they contain more of certain nutrients, such as folic acid and iron, than regular multivitamins

• HSN - I am trying to focus on skin and hair health. This capsule has a small amount of added collagen and argan oil as well for added benefit

I am planning to add a probiotic for gut health- hoping that it will also help with my skin. As well as more collagen whether it be a supplement or even bone broth.

Prenatal vitamins, packed with folic acid and iron, are beneficial even when not pregnant, offering increased nutrient intake. HSN supplements cater to skin and hair health, featuring collagen and argan oil for additional benefits. Probiotics are gaining popularity for gut health; recent studies show their positive impact on skin clarity and overall wellness. Additionally, collagen can be sourced from bone broth or direct supplements, further supporting skin elasticity and hydration. By diversifying your vitamin intake, you'll nourish your body from within, paving the way for a healthier lifestyle that prioritizes both physical and mental well-being.
